This is the second exhibition curated for the program by Curator-in-Residence Allena Marie Brazier (MFA23). In-Between Spaces: Photography Exhibition, showcases four St. Louis photographers: Carol Lara, Ben Levine, Jessica Page, and Tiffany Sutton.
Brazier is the inaugural Curator-in-Residence, a collaboration between the Sam Fox School’s MFA in Visual Art program and the Lewis Collaborative, the newly renovated and reimagined creative hub at 725 Kingsland, formerly the Lewis Center.
About the Sam Fox School-Lewis Collaborative Curator-in-Residence Program:
This new collaboration between the MFA in Visual Art program in the Sam Fox School and the Lewis Collaborative Center (formerly the Lewis Center), strives to create opportunities for engagement through the arts between the Sam Fox School, Washington University in St. Louis, University City, and the greater St. Louis-area creative ecosystem in St. Louis area. The curator-in-residence is ideally positioned to be the catalyst for exchange, to build bridges between these creative communities, and to develop a unique curatorial vision.
